Project Management

The Project Management course is a practical introduction to the fundamentals of managing projects, designed for beginner IT specialists. It helps students to understand how ideas evolve into real digital products, teaches them how to plan tasks, work with risks, distribute team roles, and control quality. Clear and simple IT about IT sphere good for begginers.

All practical assignments are completed using Nextcloud, allowing students to gain hands-on experience with real collaborative tools. By the end of the course, learners will be able to set clear goals, estimate resources, and build effective workflows — from project initiation to successful delivery.
